How to get Covid-19 Vaccination Status

From 17 May 2021, people in England who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can demonstrate their vaccination status for international travel. A full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine.

Below is some more information:

Vaccine status will be available from:

It may take more than a week for your identity to be checked and verified so you can use this service.

If you cannot access the online services, and you have had 2 vaccines, you can request a paper letter from the NHS by calling 119. Only call 119 if you are due to travel abroad in the near future and have had your second dose more than 5 working days ago. It may take 7 working days for the letter to arrive.

This practice is not able to provide you with a letter that shows your COVID-19 vaccination status.

When you’re planning your travel, check the latest information on demonstrating your COVID-19 status when travelling abroad on the website. Make sure there is time to get  proof of your vaccination status before you leave.

Dorset Carers Reference Group

Carer Support Dorset are looking for unpaid carers who live in the Dorset Council area, who would be willing to form a new group to help shape services for carers.

For some time now there has been an established Carers Reference Group for carers within BCP Council.

Carer Support Dorset (CSD) have been in place since November 2019 and are now well established and doing such great things. CSD, are now looking at starting up and supporting a Carers Reference Group for Dorset Council carers!

A Carers Reference Group consists of a group of carers who come together to represent unpaid carers and have their voice heard in order to shape and develop services for carers. It’s a really exciting opportunity and one that many carers may really value being involved with.

They are looking for a wide range of carers who would be able to do some of the following:

  • Represent unpaid carers
  • Comment on brochures and other material received
  • Participate in online meetings
  • Attend face-to-face meetings (when permitted)
  • To respond to surveys and offer feedback

Please register your interest by emailing:
